The Mesquite NV Real Estate Market is busy with low inventory and prices holding. Several subdivisions are going up in price with new listings selling quickly. Realtors have to be on the ball and notify waiting buyers as soon as a listing goes on the market. New homes are selling at higher prices than last year, the builders are working hard to get these new homes done on time.

Yes, we are writing contingent offers again! Until this last winter, no seller wanted to wait for someone to sell their home in a bad real estate market. Guess what? Things are not so bad anymore - we have confidence that homes will sell all over the country.
Am I being optimistic? I sure am. I saw this coming last year when my buyers' appraisals starting coming in at or above sales price.
