Yes, there are now rentals in Sun City Mesquite 55 + Golf Course Community. There are no townhomes in Sun City - all homes are one level single family homes. The Homeowner Association CCRs require a minimum 6 month lease for an owner to rent out their home. Each homeowner gets 2 passes to use the recreation facilities that are included in the HOA fee of $120 per month.
The Sun City Mesquite passes are for residents only, the owner would transfer them to the tenants. Additional passes are available if another person lives with you, or for guests who visit and want to use the recreation facilities. Another privilege is the use of Sun City Mesquite Parks and Walking Trails.
The Conestoga Golf Course is a public course run by Troon - residents get a discount on golf and preferred Tee Times. Renters would be able to use their passes to get the discount and VIP privileges.
Sun City Mesquite Recreation Center is one of the best in the country - and is for residents only.
Sun City Mesquite NV 55 + Golf Course Community does allow Renting - rental properties are available now.
