Walking trails with paths through the lush green grass and mature landscaping are located throughout the subdivision with occasional benches and picnic tables under shady trees. The walking trails and parks are pet friendly, too - pet stops with plastic bags and garbage cans along the paths make walking your dog feel like a day in the park.
All front and back yard and the common areas are maintained by the Homeowners Association and included in the low monthly HOA fee of $155. Structural insurance and a Casablanca Golf discount is also included in the Homeowners Association fee.
The Gated RV & Boat Parking Lot within Sunset Greens is for residents only - available for a small monthly fee.

Hi Virgina, What a timely post. I have a new couple for the 55+ community. I got the Rules and Regs for the subdivision from a past client. The issue. They have a 21 year old daughter in college they want home with them in the summer months. She also has a dog. Rule: anyone under 45 living in the household is considered a guest and allowed on 60 days visitation a year. Other possible issues are pets, and 3rd car parking.
Ladies - we are meeting in Las Vegas, and that is final! :)
Mary - it is a cool subdivision - something for active adults, kids, families, and pet friendly, too!
Roy - yes, Sunset Greens is a good retirement neighborhood - many seniors like that it is gated, too.
William - you have a tough situation - this one has no HOA restrictions on who or when can live there - we do have some 55 + communities with those similar restrictions, but a resident only has to be 19 to live there full time, not as strict. 3 car garages are a lot harder to come by, though. All subdivisions in Mesquite are pet friendly.
