Do you, guys, have walk-in traffic there? Just curious if you rely on any. In peak years offices located along the odean were getting tremendous traffic. People would come and buy a half-million dollar condo.
Not any more. Agent are leaving as there is not walk-in traffic.

Hi Jon, We are getting walkin, actually drive - in traffic in the new location - the old office, not so much. This is a really nice new small shopping center, on a main road, but the speed limit is 35 and there are plenty of inlets to pull into the parking lots - so it is easy in and out. As the stores and businesses fill in we should get more actual walk in traffic. I know that you mean walk in the door traffic, so yes, and it is important to our sellers that we have a good location - it is really the best in Mesquite, we are happy with it.
