Hi Jon - Thanks, no, our office does not do property management. You have to be licensed here and we aren't and don't want to. This is a really nice house, yes Arlene is a good friend of mine - we are going to take some more pictures tomorrow of the inside. I am thinking of getting a Kodak V705 - the dual lense - Jeff Turner and Frankly both say it is the best real estate camera.
That home is in a really nice family neighborhood - she will probably find someone to rent the house pretty quickly - good price for that size of home.
Virginia: I hope the rental home located in Mequite NV is a success. This is a kind gesture you are doing for your friend. Do you do this for other For Sale / Rent by owners? I have been thought about advertising FSBO's (with a buyer agents bonus) on my website. Have any advice or tips? Best of luck.

I think the FSBO posts would be a good idea, just make it clear that it is a guest on your blog and that you are not representing them or something - depends on the laws in your area.
Virginia in Mesquite NV: I am verifing with the AL commission on what I can and can not do. I thought about actually putting a tab on my website as well FSBO. I know that I have to make it clear that I am not listing or representing the buyer. I may be taking a chance that the potential buyer would go dircetly to the seller, but I thought that this would be an added value service that sets me apart from other agents! What do you think?
