Virgina: Perfect condo for many different prosepective buyers. I like the bit about "walk to the casinos". The HOA is really reasonable and the best the part it includes part of the utilites. Great pictures, it really helps me to see what is being offered.
Michelle - Smokey Lane Condos are very well located for walking. Mesquite has lots of walking trails throughout, and this location is close to casinos and shopping, too.

Kevin & Monica - 72K - 85K for the one bedrooms - The one that sold for 85K was completely refurbished and upgraded way above the norm. Financing is hard to get, hotel-condo, high investor ratio. HOA fee of approx 150 per month covers all utilities, except phone and internet, as well as outside maintenance and homeowners insurance. Many of the one bedrooms are rented to snowbirds as short term rentals @700 per month, long term rentals are usually about $650 per month.
