Sun City Mesquite Recreation Center - Active Adult Community for 55 Plus

Sun City Mesquite - by Pulte Del Webb is an active adult community in Mesquite NV for 55 Plus residents.  Sun City Pioneer Recreation Center is 30,000 sq ft, state of the art, and was built at a cost of $18 million. The Recreation Center is open 365 days a year.  It opened last November, is included in the HOA fees, and is for Sun City Mesquite residents and their guests only.

Sun City Mesquite has a new program for prospective buyers.  One day passes to Sun City Mesquite  Recreation Center can be obtained to give potential buyers a chance to use the facility all day long and see how they like it!  Call me if you would like to get a pass!

Inside the Sun City Mesquite Recreation Center - the workout room is equipped with modern equipment with a indoor walking track that overlooks the golf course and pond - if it is too hot or too cold, you can still exercise and get your daily walks in.

The Lounge in the Rec Center has a bar, lounge area and wireless computer room - all with windows with wonderful views of the golf course, ponds and scenic bluffs.

Sun City Mesquite Walking Trails and Parks are located throughout the subdivision for the use of residents.  Many residents walk to the Recreation Center by way of these scenic parks.

Gary Panks designed the Conestoga golf course for Pulte Del Webb. The golf course was named for the Conestoga wagons that carried the first settlers to the area.  This 18-hole golf course in Sun City Mesquite will be a public course with no membership fees and not included in the HOA fees.  The Conestoga Golf Course in Sun City Mesquite opened for residents in Nov 2009.  Sun City Mesquite residents do get special golf rates and preferential tee times.  The grand pre opening for the public was on Jan 30, 2010.

Sun City Mesquite has built some spec homes and will be maintaining an existing inventory for NOW buyers.  Some homes will be completed and some will have choices of upgrades and appliance packages.  Call me for an information package and to sign up for promotions.

New Sun City Mesquite Homes are available for quick close with special new home incentives for anyone who doesn't want to wait.  Most of these new homes are completed and are also discounted - NOW is the time to get a really good deal on promotional homes in Sun City Mesquite.

There are now some resale homes for sale in Sun City Mesquite.  For sale signs are not allowed in this subdivision, so it is not widely known that there is a pretty good selection of the different floor plans in all locations.  There are several on the golf course, looking over the greens - some with wonderful views of the mountains.  There are several Sun City Mesquite resales with privacy and views of the mountains and bluffs that are protected as a natural reserve.

You can sign up for a list of Sun City Mesquite resale homes for sale in the Mesquite MLS, and have it emailed to you with updates as new homes are listed.

I agree with Gary. The rec center is just awesome and the attached photographs just out of the world. And in the HOA fees its just worth every penny.

Charles - Sun City Mesquite really went overboard on their rec center - it is really amazing!

Gary - Yes, it is beautiful - everything is state of the art, you could almost live there.

Michwal - You could buy a home at Sun City Mesquite and never leave the community - just a monthly trip to Walmart!

Marzena - You and me - then we'll jump in the pool!
