Copper Bluffs is a small gated golf course subdivision on the north side of Mesquite Nevada, situated in the bluffs between the Palmer and Canyon Crest Golf Course, right above the Oasis Golf Club - home of the Big Break Mesquite show on the Golf Channel.

The Home Owner Association Fees are only about $100 per month and includes maintainance of the frontyard landscaping, community park and community areas.

The homeowners have voted to make Copper Bluffs all owner-occupied homes and there is currently just a few bank owned foreclosure properties in this small golf course community.
As part of the Mesquite Vistas development, all homeowners can swim, play tennis, workout, or host a special event in the Oasis Golf Clubhouse.
The homeowners in Copper Bluffs enjoy some of the prettiest views in Mesquite. Depending on where the home is situated, the homeowners might view the southern and eastern mountains, rugged desert bluffs, or expansive golf course views.

Virginia, very affordable and scenic community there at Copper Bluffs. I particularly like the architecture with the Spanish tile roofs. It definitely goes with the desert environment.
