Mesquite NV Town Homes - 2 Car Garage - Fenced Back Yard - Chardonnay

Chardonnay Townhomes in Mesquite NV - just right for a second home, big enough for a family.  2 car garages and huge back patios.  These are duplex style townhomes, each owner owns the home and yard on their side.  Built in 2005 and sold quickly, some folks paid as much as $230, 000 for these homes.  With the high prices in the 'boom' years and easy loans, there were a high amount of foreclosures and short sales.  The prices have dropped over the last few years and there are very few bargains left and on the market right now at about half of the original prices.

The low HOA fee is about $75 per month and covers front yard maintenance.

It is in a great location - close to Hughes Middle School and just a short walk to Hafen Park and the Mesquite walking trails along the Virgin River.

Chardonnay town homes are 1419 sq ft with an open floor plan and a large great room. The kitchens are open, with a breakfast bar and dining area, the living area is big enough for a good sized living room set and a desk area as well.  The master bedroom will accommodate a full king sized bedroom set and the 2nd bedroom is large enough for a queen set.  The 3rd bedroom with closet is big enough for a double bedroom set or 2 twin beds with room to spare, or can be used as a den or office.

The backyards are completely fenced with cement block fencing for complete privacy.

All Chardonnay Townhomes have large covered back patios - great for barbecues and enjoying our sunny Mesquite weather.

The yards have trees and room for a little extra gardening.

Or keep it simple with desert landscaping - the HOA takes care of the front lawns, trees and bushes.

Hi Debb - yes, they are cool townhomes with a great floorplan.  Not many condos or town homes here have fenced and gated back yards and 2 car garages.
