I think your sellers made a smart investment with the wood floors...just beautiful...pulls you in to the warmth of the home. I love the shelving unit (does it stay?! LOL!) Is that made out of wood or some lighter material? Great aesthetics, love the design...also the window treatment in the eating area (will those stay too?!) Sweet backyard, too. Mara - this is a lovely home in a 55 + neighborhood - the floors are beautiful, in the master, too. The entertainment center is built into the wall, one of the nice features in these homes. And all of the window treatments stay, they are custom for that home.
Hi - The HOA fees in Highland Fairways cover all of the outside landscaping in the common areas as well as each individual front and back yard. So the homeowners don't do anything - :)
