Highland Fairways is a very well kept and quiet gated community with very well constructed homes. The landscaping is mature with lots of green lawns, trees and flowering bushes - all maintained by the HOA. This is a good place for a second home - if you are age qualified for the 55 plus age restriction, and a good place to look if you are thinking of buying a home for retirement.

Well, Richard, you are quick. I just redid the whole post, it looks better now. Most of the 55 plus communities here are either desert low maintenance landscaping, or the HOA takes care of it.
No, it is not fun anymore.
